Booking Process
Our booking process is simple and convenient. You can easily make reservations via email and through our website by selecting your desired tour, providing your information, and making a secure via EFT. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed itinerary via email.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your tour, simply contact us within at least 7 days of making the booking to receive a full refund, or reschedule free of charge to a more suitable date. Cancellations made after 7 days are subject to a cancellation fee (50%of full amount).
